The Not-So-Small Print

·        *Standard Ground rates apply. Delivery requires the signature of an adult, 21 years of age or older. 

·        There is no fee to join the club. Club costs are for wine, excluding tax and shipping. 

·        Your credit card will be automatically billed prior to the shipment. Succession Wines is not and will be not responsible for any non-sufficient fund charges to your account.

·        Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers. 

.        If you have selected to pick up from the Tasting Room, allocations will be held for 60 days once released - after that we will ship the wine to you at your expense. 

.        Members must keep an updated and active card on file. Once our communication efforts have been exhausted in attempt to obtain a current card, your membership will be cancelled.

While we ask for a year commitment, a membership may be cancelled at any after taking two shipments. Cancellations made before are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes to club shipments must be received in writing or via email at least 30 days prior to shipment date. Your membership will continue until we hear from you in writing or via email (WineClub@SuccessionWines.com). All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
